At necklock.gurpreettools.com, we ensure the highest quality standards for our jewelry and accessories. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer an exchange under the following conditions:

Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges and repalcement can be processed with in 5 -7 no of days & deliver with in 10 no of days
• Customers must record a video while opening the parcel, ensuring the seal is visible in the video.
• The unboxing video must be shared within 12 hours of delivery for the exchange to be considered.
• We will exchange the product with the same item only (subject to availability).
• No exchange will be accepted without an unboxing video as proof.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
